2/ Description :
This tool instantly moves all text objects (Text and MText) in the drawing to a specific layer named "TEXT".

• Layer Consolidation: Simplifies drawing organization by gathering all text annotations onto a single layer.

• Auto-Layer Creation: If the "TEXT" layer does not exist, the tool automatically creates it (setting the color to green).

3/ How to Use :

1. Type ttol in the command line and press Enter.

2. The command executes immediately, moving all text objects to the "TEXT" layer.
