  • Command

2/ Description :
This tool creates a quarter-circle cutout at the corner of a rectangle (also known as an inverse fillet or scallop).

  • Shape Modification: Instead of rounding the corner outward (like a fillet) or cutting it straight (like a chamfer), it removes material in a concave circular arc shape.

  • Input: Requires the corner point of the rectangle, an internal point to indicate direction/side, and the diameter of the circular cut.

3/ How to Use :

  1. Type crcut in the command line and press Enter.

  2. Click the Corner Point (PT1) of the rectangle you want to modify.

  3. Click a point Inside the rectangle to define the cut direction.

  4. Enter the Circle Diameter for the cut.

  5. The corner is trimmed with a 1/4 circle arc facing inward.
