PAN is used to move a view point of the drawing without changing its coordinates
(1) Execution
Menu : View → Pan
Command : PAN or P
Left/Right/Up/Down/PGLeft/PGRight/PGUpPGDown/< Pan base point:> (pick base point)
Pan displacement point: (pick displacement point)
(2) Usage
▶ Change a view point of the drawing by picking two points
: PAN
Left/Right/Up/Down/PGLeft/PGRight/PGUpPGDown/< Pan base point:> (pick P1)
Pan displacement point: (pick P2)
▶ When you use wheel-mouse, you can use “PAN” function by pressing the wheel of the mouse. Then a mouse icon is changed like a hand. If you want to use the wheel for panning, the value of mbuttonpan should be “on”.
