Using Entity Snap
Entity SNAP command makes users quickly find entities of which users don’t know coordinates, such as start/end point of lines and arcs, center and four-dividing points of circles, intersecting points of two entities. Users can design more accurate drawings by using Entity SNAP.
(1) Find endpoint
: LINE
Start point of line: (Pick start point P1)
▶ By pressing F8 key, make ORTHO ON
ORTHOMODE is currently off : ON/Toggle/< off> : _T
▶ After moving mouse toward P2 and input 5 in length.
Angle/Length/Follow/Undo/: 5
▶ After moving mouse toward P3 and input 4 in length.
Angle/Length/Follow/Undo/: 4
▶ After moving mouse toward P4 and input 5 in length.
Angle/Length/Follow/Undo/: 5
▶ After moving mouse toward P1 and input 4 in length.
Angle/Length/Follow/Undo/: 4

▶ Draw a circle
: CIRCLE

Snap to endpoint of : (pick P1)

▶ After pressing Shift+mouse’s right button, select Endpoint Snap.

(2) Find midpoint
: RECTANGLE
Chamfer/Elevation/Fillet/Rotated/Square/Thickness/Width/< Select first corner of rectangle>: (pick P1)
Other corner of rectangle: (pick P2)
▶ Draw a line connecting middle points of S1 and S2
: LINE
Start point of line: MID
Snap to midpoint of : (pick S1)
Angle/Length/Follow/Undo/: MID
Snap to midpoint of : (pick S2)
Angle/Length/Follow/Undo/:
▶ Draw a arc with three points(P3 as a start point, P2 as a end point and a middle point of S3 as a middle point).
: ARC
ENTER to use last point/Center/Follow/< Start of arc> : END
Snap to endpoint of : (pick P3)
Angle/Center/Direction/End/Radius/< Second point> : C
Center of arc : MID
Snap to midpoint of : (pick S3)
Angle/Length of chord/ : END

(3) Find center point
▶ Draw the arc and circle
: CIRCLE

▶ Draw a concentric circle

▶ Draw a line through center points of the circle and arc
: LINE

(4) Find perpendicular points
: RECTANGLE

▶ Draw a line from P3 to a point perpendicular to S1
: LINE

Snap to endpoint of : (pick P3)

▶ Connect two points as a line(one is a intersecting point of S1 and S2, another is a intersecting point of S3 and S4)
